What goals would like you to set? Together we can set goals and objectives.

WE E-MAIL YOU A PROPOSAL.
After we chat, and get to know each other … a detailed proposal, specific to your school’s needs, is e-mailed to you for your review. Your school’s team of leaders – headmaster/superintendent/principal and board members – decide if the proposal is right for your school.

YOU ASK US FOR A CONTRACT.
Once your school’s board of directors gives the green light … your school’s leadership will sign your contract and send it back in to us.

WE SCHEDULE A FACE-TO-FACE MEETING.
Once your contract is signed … Dean School Consulting will schedule a face-to-face meeting on your school’s campus. For international clients, face-to-face meetings take place virtually.

LET’S GET STARTED.
We will start working right away … we’ll closely work with you to ensure that your school’s goals are met.

WE CHECK-IN WITH YOU CONSISTENTLY.
We will check in with you on a consistent, on-going basis via e-mail and phone, and sometimes in person.
